Creating a bespoke jewel in Paris is an adventure, and I invite you to take this journey together. The most beautiful jewel is the one that really suits you.
First, let’s get to know each other
Every customer is unique. That’s why bespoke creation doesn’t follow a predetermined path. You’ll tell me about your tastes, your desires, your expectations and maybe even your story. We’ll engage in an in-depth dialogue supported by sketches, images, sometimes modeling clay or other media. The stories or words you tell me will bounce off me, and I’ll respond with my own sensitivity.
In the course of our conversation, new ideas are born, and obvious ones emerge. Together, we’ll define the broad outlines of your jewelry project.
It’s only after this approach phase, during which we’ll focus on you rather than on gold or precious stones, that I’ll be able to start working on the jewel you’re looking for and propose a design.
The gouache drawing
We’re in Paris, where I work in the French jewelry tradition. So, at our second meeting, I’ll be presenting gouache drawings to illustrate a selection of models. In my opinion, this ancient method is still the best way to convey the charm and emotion of a piece of jewelry.
The choice of stones
It often happens that people entrust me with stones, laden with memories or a family history, to be set into a bespoke piece of jewelry. If this isn’t the case, I’ll suggest gems, pearls or less commonly used materials such as hard stones or even wood, cut to measure in Paris.
Modeling
Transposing a design into volume is a very important stage in jewelry making, and one in which many specialists are involved. I have chosen to decide for myself on every curve, every angle, every thickness, to give shape to the jewel as I have imagined it. In this way, I personally take charge of the modeling, from which a wax prototype will be cast in gold.

Silhouette” ring, a made-to-measure creation to fulfill a 20-year dream
20 years after seeing Denis Dercourt’s film “La tourneuse de pages”, in which Catherine Frot wears one of my rings, a lady watched the film again, only to find my name in the credits. She couldn’t forget the ring, and the time had come to make a dream come true. A two-tone sapphire, set in a piece of jewelry she wasn’t wearing, was to be the focal point. She didn’t choose the ring model from the film, but a new bespoke creation, better suited to her lifestyle.

When a female musician becomes involved with a male musician and wishes to give him the gift of a ring. What kind of ring could it be? We created a band ring, engraved with the beginning of Beethoven’s Eroica Symphony, their favorite piece.
What is the budget for a bespoke jewel in Paris?
The price of a piece of jewelry depends on the stones and materials used, the complexity of its shape, and the time it takes to invent and manufacture it. So I can only give you an idea of what you can expect to pay. Most of my made-to-measure creations cost between €3,000 and €8,000, but can sometimes reach much higher sums.
